If you are a school or charitable organization in New York State we will need a copy of the NYS Exempt Organization Certificate (ST-119.1) plus a letter on the organization's letterhead authorizing you to purchase for them. Because we are a "wholesale only" website, we do not charge or collect sales tax. We are located in New York State and therefore cannot sell to anyone in the state without having these documents.
